"Holiday 2020" The location is amazing - the beach is on your doorstep! This is a wonderful family friendly house in the courtyard. It has a large kitchen with a wonderful fireplace and a tiny dining room in the corner of the kitchen. on the first floor a wonderful cozy living room and a bathroom with a very large bathtub. in the attic there is a beautiful large bedroom, on a large and comfortable bed which is lit by the window in the morning. Plenty of space for a baby travel cot and a few toys, not to mention a place for a dog bed. A friendly atmosphere, wonderful flowers that surround the entrance to the cottage and the magical scent of flowers. Hazel (owner) even let the dog go on vacation. We will visit again !!!

"Clean, spacious and convenient for town centre" I stayed with work colleagues during the Exeter Festival of Food and Drink and we were very impressed with the property. Kathy was welcoming and very accommodating. The town centre was a 20-30 minute walk away or there is a bus stop just around the corner. Taxis from the centre cost around £5-£7 depending on where you were returning from. I would definitely recommend this property for groups of friends or for families.

"Stylish, well equipped apartment, great location" Very near the city centre, the quay and all amenities. We have stayed in many apartments on our annual reunions in different cities, but this is definitely one of the best. Comfortable, clean, furnished with flair with a well equipped kitchen and three very nice bedrooms + two good bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath. Light and airy and secure with a secure parking space.
